Kris Pierce’s career spans over 25-years in the health and wellness field. Her journey began as a registered nurse before she moved into the area of health promotion and education.
Kris has always believed “prevention through education” is the key to wellbeing, which led her to undertake her Master of Health Science (Health education and promotion) degree.
Kris has worked with various organisations implementing programs from immunization to accreditation, including community health, general practice and co-ordinating health education programs.

Whilst at home raising her twins, Kris realized that protecting and nourishing your own health is imperative. This led her to undertake a Master of Wellness at RMIT focusing on positive psychology, mind body wellness and wellness coaching.
Kris’ philosophy on wellness is to work towards being the best we can be within our own set of circumstances. Whether her clients have sleep problems, general health concerns or need assistance with goal setting, Kris helps her clients achieve greater wellness. Her focus is on the individual working with them to develop a vision and set goals. Kris breaks down these objectives to help her clients achieve individual goals and realise their vision.
Kris trains regularly, is an active walker, and has completed the Kokoda trek and Oxfam Trailwalker challenges. She is currently preparing to walk the Larapinta trail in 2015.
